We collect: email address (for authentication), name (optional, visible in profile), IP address and browser agent (for security), saved events (to provide the 'My saved' feature), and submitted events (for moderation and publication).

3. Purpose of data processing

Your data is used solely to: provide and improve the NOIA service, authenticate you and keep your account secure, display your saved events and submitted events, and contact you if there are issues with your account or submissions.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use technical infrastructure providers (hosting, database) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete your account (which removes all personal data), and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@noia.cc. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland).
