Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the NOIA service available at noia.cc. By using the service, you agree to these terms. NOIA is an aggregator of events taking place in Poland - we collect, display and allow browsing of events from various sources.

2. Account and registration

Registration is free and requires only an email address. We authenticate using one-time codes - no password is needed. You are responsible for the security of your email account and the activity performed from your account.

3. Event submission

Registered users can submit events for publication. Submitted events are reviewed by a moderator before publication. We reserve the right to reject or edit submissions that are incomplete, misleading or violate these terms.

4. Prohibited content

You must not submit events promoting illegal activity, violence, hate speech or discrimination. You must not use NOIA to send spam or impersonate other organisations. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Limitation of liability

NOIA is an information aggregator. We are not the organiser of the events listed on the platform and we are not responsible for their course, cancellation or any damages resulting from participation. Always verify event details directly with the organiser.
